During performing a course in Management of Information Technology, I have gained lots of knowledge about the role of IT systems and their related technology on business processes. The textbook materials and discussion with classmates, have highly improved my knowledge and idea during the course. Through the textbook, I learned the concept of information systems and their process of implications. I gathered ideas about its different parts and their appropriate implementation in business activities. From the textbook, I understood the global business and its impact on society (Laudon & Laudon, 2021).
